Purchase & Refunds
Effective 2026-10-26
Your purchase
One payment provides one account with one certification for three or twelve calendar months from confirmed payment. No automatic renewal. The displayed U.S. dollar price is your total; Project Exam Lab pays applicable sales tax on your behalf.
Includes English practice exams, quizzes, explanations and saved history. Excludes guides, plans, translations, official exam registration and certification fees. Practice scores do not predict exam results. Project Exam Lab is independent and not endorsed by a credentialing organization.
Account and access
Accounts and purchases require age 18 or older and legal capacity to contract. Personal study only: do not share accounts, resell access, redistribute questions or bypass controls.
Repeat purchases for an active certification are blocked; terms do not stack. My access lists purchases, dates and downloadable records. Refunded, reversed or disputed purchases may be held; separate valid purchases remain available.
Purchase record
We save the purchase information, version and acceptance time shown before payment. Updates do not replace earlier purchase records or mandatory consumer rights.
Seven-day full refund
Request a full refund within seven calendar days after confirmed payment, including after use, with no question-count limit or reason required. Later change-of-mind refunds are unavailable under this voluntary policy; duplicate charges and unresolved access problems are reviewed separately.
Help and refund requests
Use Support or My access, or email projectexamlab.customersupport@gmail.com with your account email and order reference if available. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or card details. The form records a request and receipt, not automatic refund approval or access cancellation.
Refunds use the original payment transaction and end that purchase's access when processed. Separate valid purchases remain available. Longer statutory cancellation periods and mandatory remedies still apply; starting access does not by itself waive them.
